  Please change the closing time on the sign from 9:00PM to 8:25PM if that's the time your staff decide to close. Two occasions we've been there half an hour before closing time and they've had no bread and turned off all of the appliances and been advised by your staff to go to McDonald's instead. This is extremely unprofessionral and our time has been wasted twice now. We will never be returning. At least the surrounding fast food restaurants are getting our money instead of Subway Treetops. A bunch of time wasters. Feel free to contact me if managers even care to chase up this complaint.
